Methadone Treatment Fees
You will be required to pay for your treatment as you receive it. One part of your recovery process is taking responsibility for paying your own treatment costs. Prices are subject to change with a thirty-day notice.

Methadone Guest Dosing
If you are visiting the Marietta, Georgia area and want to participate in guest dosing services, we will need to contact your home clinic to verify treatment eligibility. Your home clinic must fax a signed copy of the guest dosing request form including signature of your medical doctor or verbal order from your medical doctor allowing you to guest dose at Changing Phases, Inc. Our nurse must also be able to call your home clinic to confirm dose level and schedule.
Initial (one time) guest dosing admission fee plus a daily dosing fee. Each day thereafter is charged as a daily dosing fee. Guest Dosers should arrive early to ensure that the appropriate paperwork is completed.
